Ms. Alice Owuor, OGW, FKIM
Vice Chairperson
Alice Owuor serves as a Non-Executive Director of Centre for Corporate Governance; Bamburi Cement Plc; Prudential Life Assurance Kenya Ltd; and Crown Paints Kenya Plc. She is a Fellow of the Kenya Institute of Management whose Board she previously Chaired.
Her previous roles include Chairperson of the Board of Moving the Goalposts; and member of the National Civil Aviation Administrative Review Tribunal.
In her career, Alice served for more than 30 years in all critical areas of tax administration and management, retiring as the Commissioner of the Domestic Taxes Department at Kenya Revenue Authority.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from Moi University and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi. A member of the Women on Boards Network and a founder and president of the Soroptimist International Club of Milimani, Kenya.
